How long does it take to process my order?
Each LAVAN & CO. piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on your location and are not included in this timeframe.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Not exactly, and that’s part of its character. Each LAVAN & CO. piece is individually cast and finished by hand. Slight variations in texture, color, veining, pattern, and small surface details are natural characteristics of handmade pieces and are not considered defects.
How do I care for my LAVAN & CO. piece?
For decorative pieces, gently dust with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive materials, prolonged moisture, and soaking. Pieces are not dish washer safe. Specific care instructions may vary by product.
